About Sarah

My name is Sarah Gottschalk and I am a 23 year old student just trying to figure out what to do with my life. My schooling is coming to a close so I better figure that out sooner than later. I decided to make a blog for myself and nothing else. I will use this as my journal and a place to destress (I would never do it if it were a hand written journal). If you are just passing through I hope my layout catches your eye and my posts can make you laugh just a little.


A little more about me...I am an ex-college athlete, where I found some of the greatest friends anyone could ask for. Family always comes first, and I have the greatest family EVER. I am an aunt to a wonderful baby boy, who I love more than myself. I prefer hearing and learning about YOU, rather than talking about myself. I enjoy watching movies and in turn quoting them. Music speaks to my soul. I am a Christian, and I am striving to become a better one. I think to live a semi-normal life you need to own a pet. Shoes (mostly workout shoes) are my weakness, along with candy, and food...so I may have a lot of weaknesses! I love to make people laugh, and I like to think I'm pretty good at this. I love being outside. I love spending time with family and friends, but I also really enjoy my alone time. I can't leave the house without makeup, my phone or chapstick. I am not your typical girly-girl, I would rather wear sweats everyday, watch sporting events and go fishing over Black Friday shopping. I have never colored my hair and don't plan to, until I get those inevitable greys. I am very adventurous, I love taking those crazy risks. I hardly ever take a "normal" picture. I love inspirational quotes and sayings. I am old fashioned when it comes to relationships. I am definitely not perfect in any sense of the word but I am who I am, and I hope you enjoy my blog.
